Iced Pumpkin Butter Latte with Pumpkin Cold Foam
This fall, I’ve decided to be my own at home barista by putting my Nespresso machine to good use. I’ve had latte recipes floating around in my head for a while now, and it felt like the perfect season to start testing them out. On my last trip to Trader Joe’s, I was inspired by all the pumpkin flavors and decided to grab one of my favorite fall treats to test out in a latte. If you’re a pumpkin coffee fanatic like me, give this delicious latte a try!
Ingredients Used
Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Butter
Brown Sugar
Pumpkin Spice
Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte Creamer
Whole Milk (I used lactose free)
Optional- Half and Half
Step by Step
Add about 2 tbsp of Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Butter into your cup.
Mix in 1 tbsp of brown sugar for some sweetness.
Brew your double shot directly into the cup and stir everything until the pumpkin butter and sugar are fully dissolved.
Time for the cold foam: add 45 ml of Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Creamer to your Nespresso frother.
Pour in about ½ cup of whole milk, then hold down the button for 3 seconds to start the cold froth setting.
Optional: If you want it extra creamy, add a splash of half and half to the frother.
Once the milk is frothed, fill your cup with ice and pour the cold foam over the espresso mixture and add pumpkin spice as a topping.
Voilà! A pumpkin-y, creamy latte straight from your kitchen. Enjoy!
